Starter

 

Smoked salmon and leek tart served with salad garnish and dizzled with balsamic dressing

Chicken bacon salad, 2 x strips of chicken, on a dressed salad with crispy bacon bits.

 

Main

 

Cod fillet topped with prawn, smoked salmon butter, on roasted peppers and new potatoes

Or

Stuffed pork loin stuffed with forcemeat, slow roasted served with potato cakes, seasonal vegetables and crackling

 

Sweet

 

Chocolate pot, served with baileys cream

Or

Strawberry/raspberry sorbet, served with a brandy snap basket, garnished with fresh mint
